Overview
AI integration connects an AI model to the tools your team already uses, so it can read the right information and help with a specific task, with a person reviewing where it matters. ChuuniX works with Philippine businesses and SaaS teams, and remotely worldwide. We start with one workflow rather than automating everything at once.
Our AI consulting, development and security work connects implementation with practical boundaries: the information the assistant needs, the actions it may take and the situations that need a person.
What we integrate AI into
We connect AI to the tools you already use. Examples include systems such as Messenger, Viber, Shopify, Google Workspace and CRMs. These are examples to discuss during scoping, not a list of proven integrations. We first check whether the relevant system exposes the information and permissions your workflow needs.
Knowledge and documents
An assistant can retrieve relevant material from an agreed collection rather than relying only on general model knowledge. We define which documents belong in that collection, which users may access them and what happens when an answer is missing. Retrieval should respect your existing access boundaries.
Inboxes and customer messages
A messaging workflow can answer routine questions, collect the information your staff need and hand unusual requests to a person. We agree the supported channel, response limits and hand-off destination. Connecting a channel does not mean giving the assistant permission to send every message or complete every request.
CRM and lead records
The assistant can help collect requirements and prepare a lead summary. Reading records and changing them are separate permissions. We scope the fields involved, the people entitled to see them and whether a proposed update needs approval before it reaches the system of record.
Operations records
Document and record workflows can prepare information for review. We identify the source, required fields and how uncertainty is flagged. A person remains responsible for decisions that need judgment, rather than treating generated text as an approved operational record automatically.
AI integration by industry
Retail & e-commerce: answering product inquiries
Start with repeated product questions using an approved catalog and store policies. A person handles exceptions, refunds and requests that cannot be answered from those sources. Explore the retail application to identify the first channel and information set.
Property: qualifying property leads
An assistant can collect the requirements your agents use to qualify an inquiry, then prepare a summary for follow-up. Agents keep responsibility for viewings, negotiation and final commitments. The property application starts with that hand-off rather than an autonomous sale.
Food & hospitality: managing guest inquiries
Routine guest questions can be answered from approved venue information, with booking requests passed to the team handling availability. Define which questions are informational and which require confirmation. Explore the guest-inquiry application before choosing any system connections.
Accounting & operations: preparing invoice records
A document workflow can extract information from invoices or receipts and flag uncertain fields for review. Staff approve the prepared records before they affect accounts or operational decisions. See the invoice-record application for the distinction between preparation and approval.
For SaaS product teams
We build AI features alongside your engineers, with explicit integration boundaries and technical handover. The work can include retrieval, product permissions and how the feature handles missing information or unavailable dependencies. Your application should enforce authorization rather than asking the model to decide who may access customer data.
A pre-release AI security review can test the agreed feature version, retrieval boundaries and tool permissions. We separate the implementation scope from the assessment scope so your engineers know what is being built, tested and handed over. Explore AI for SaaS product teams for the broader engagement.
How we work: one workflow first
Start with one repetitive task and define what a useful result looks like. A narrow workflow makes it easier to see where the assistant helps, where information is missing and which decisions still need staff. Timeline scoped per engagement, after the workflow and systems have been understood.
- Pick the workflow: identify the repeated request, the information needed and the person responsible for the result.
- Define access and actions: agree the documents, records and tools available to the assistant, with read and write permissions separated.
- Set human review points: specify which outputs need approval and where unsupported or unusual requests go.
- Build and connect: implement the agreed task and system boundaries, including the hand-off to your staff.
- Test the workflow: use representative questions, missing information, failure cases and unauthorized requests before launch.
- Launch and improve: review observed issues and agree changes through the engagement and support scope.
Built with clear boundaries
The assistant should access only the information its task needs and take only the actions you approve. We define those limits before implementation. A request involving a consequential decision, an exception or insufficient evidence should reach a person rather than produce an unsupported commitment.
Grounding an answer in retrieved content can help, but it does not eliminate incorrect output or hostile instructions. An AI security review examines how the application enforces permissions, validates output and responds to attempts to cross those boundaries. Human review is designed into the workflow, not left as an undefined fallback.
How your AI runs and how your data is handled
The AI runs on ChuuniX’s managed AI service/API layer. Client data is processed through that service and its underlying model providers, and AI usage is billed as part of the engagement. This processing is part of the architecture and should be understood before the workflow is connected.
We agree which information the assistant may access and which actions it may take. The data discussion follows the actual workflow rather than a blanket safety claim. We design with the Data Privacy Act in mind; that is not a compliance assurance. Your team should review the proposed processing and access boundaries before approving implementation.
Support after launch
Post-launch support is available on a retainer covering monitoring, updates, moving to new models as they become available and security updates. The retainer’s scope is agreed with the engagement; we do not publish an invented support price or imply that every possible change is included.
Monitoring should inform useful changes: missing source information, failed hand-offs or behavior that no longer matches the workflow. Model and system updates need evaluation against the agreed task. Where security concerns arise, the AI security review provides a separate, scoped route for investigating them.
Working with ChuuniX in the Philippines and worldwide
We work mostly remotely with clients worldwide and across the Philippines. Clients in Metro Manila can request in-person meetings. We agree a practical way to review the workflow with the people who use it, including the existing tools and the approval points that implementation must preserve.
You can begin with the task rather than a preferred model or a long list of tools. Tell us what comes in, what your staff do today and what they need to approve. We will use that context to propose an integration scope, quotation and timeline for the engagement.
AI Care Plan / support after launch
Post-launch support is available on a retainer covering monitoring, updates, moving to new models as they become available and security updates. The AI Care Plan defines what is included rather than implying unlimited changes or an always-available support team. Knowledge updates, model and provider changes, and security re-checks are agreed against the workflow your team actually operates.
Keep a named owner for source information, connected accounts and human approvals. We agree how incidents are reported, which changes need a new scope and what is re-tested before release. AI usage and support work are distinct parts of the engagement. Scoped quote after a free discovery call.
FAQ
What are AI integration services?
AI integration services connect a model to the information and tools needed for a particular workflow. The work includes retrieval, permissions, system connections, testing and human hand-off. ChuuniX starts with one task and defines what the assistant can access and do before connecting it to your operations.
Can you add AI to the systems we already use?
We connect AI to the tools you already use, such as Messenger, Viber, Shopify, Google Workspace and CRMs. These are examples, not a list of proven integrations. We check the system’s available interfaces, access permissions and workflow requirements before confirming what can be connected in your engagement.
Where should we start?
Start with one repetitive workflow that has a clear input, a useful result and a person responsible for reviewing it. We identify the information needed and the point where staff take over. That gives the implementation a defined task instead of an open-ended promise to automate the business.
Do you work with businesses in the Philippines and outside it?
Yes. We work mostly remotely with teams worldwide and across the Philippines. Clients in Metro Manila can request in-person meetings. During scoping, we agree how to review the current workflow, involve the staff who use it and confirm the information and system access needed for the work.
How much does AI integration cost?
Cost is scoped after we understand the workflow, systems, data access and review points involved. We do not publish a price that assumes every integration is alike. The quotation should distinguish the build, AI usage billed through our managed service and any agreed post-launch support retainer.
How long does it take?
Timeline scoped per engagement. We first understand the workflow, required system connections, access boundaries and testing needs. Source material and review requirements also affect the scope. We agree the work and timeline before implementation rather than promising a duration without understanding the application or the people approving its outputs.
Will the AI make things up or take actions on its own?
Incorrect output remains possible. We define the information the assistant can access, the actions it may take and the points requiring human review. Grounding and testing help evaluate behavior, but they do not promise zero errors. Unsupported requests and consequential actions need an agreed hand-off or approval path.
How is our data handled, and is it safe?
Client data is processed through ChuuniX’s managed AI service and its underlying model providers. We limit the assistant’s access to the agreed task and design with human review in mind. Discuss the actual processing and boundaries with us; an AI security review can examine the application’s risks within scope.
We're a SaaS company. Can you build AI into our product?
Yes. We work alongside your engineers on the feature, retrieval approach, product permissions and integration boundaries. The engagement defines evaluation, failure handling and technical handover. A pre-release security review can be scoped separately to investigate how hostile input or unauthorized requests affect the feature and its connected systems.
Who pays for AI usage?
AI usage runs on ChuuniX’s managed AI service and is billed as part of the engagement. We discuss the workflow and expected use when scoping the quotation. Usage and post-launch support are different considerations, so the engagement should make clear what processing and retainer work are included.
Do you support it after launch?
Yes, on a retainer covering monitoring, updates, moving to new models as they become available and security updates. We agree the support scope with you rather than implying unlimited changes. The workflow, content and connected systems should be reviewed as they change so the assistant’s boundaries remain appropriate.
